Brief
Created original music, poster and animated promotional reel for SEEK, a genre-blurring music event at Fort Greene Bar. The visuals were inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s architectural style, reimagined through Midjourney to generate intricate, geometric compositions. These elements were then refined in Photoshop and brought to life with dynamic motion in Premiere Pro and After Effects to capture the event’s immersive and exploratory aesthetic.

Brief
For OGE Records at Fort Greene Bar, the visual direction aimed to reflect their prolific influence in the house music industry. Their thought-provoking, cerebral sound required an aesthetic that was equally grand, intricate, and dreamlike—a visual metaphor for the depth and refinement of their music.
The concept revolved around extravagant architectural structures, representing timelessness, sophistication, and boundless creativity.
Generated oil paintings depicting majestic marble pillars and opulent palace interiors in Midjourney, evoking a sense of grandeur and mystique. Experimented with various compositions and lighting to enhance the ethereal, almost surreal quality of the imagery.
In Photoshop, transformed the oil-painted look into a watercolor effect, softening the textures while retaining the richness of detail. Adjusted color grading to bring out deep blues, golds, and soft ethereal whites, reinforcing the sense of mysticism and elegance.
In After Effects, introduced cloud animations to create a sense of motion and otherworldly ambiance, making the palace structures feel suspended in time while creating a cinematic, meditative quality.
This design not only visually encapsulated OGE Records' signature sound but also created a mesmerizing and immersive promotional identity for the event. The combination of AI-generated fine art aesthetics with digital animation techniques resulted in a piece that was both historic and cutting-edge, aligning with OGE’s status as a forward-thinking force in the house music world.
